Fun fact: many kinds of dust, even seemingly harmless stuff like grain dust, are actually quite flammable. All that grain dust is combustible material finely suspended in air (oxygen) - all that's needed now is a spark, which in this case could've come from the actual metal collapsing on itself, static charge, or possibly some heat source (the truck in the space below, maybe).
