Graceful Swan Face Plants and Nearly Dies in Epic Pool Dive

This poor Russian fella tried to impress everyone with a pool dive for the ages. Unfortunately, his heels clipped and he landed face first into a glass wall, instantly shattering both it and his dreams of being an Olympic diver.
Whoever designed this pool has to at least partially take the blame for this near-death accident. Since when do pools have walls around them, and who puts this sweet window opening right across from the pool?
They were clearly asking for someone to attempt this dive when they built the place.
It's unclear just how many shards of glass ended up inside this man, but we hope he's safe and preparing for his next dive real soon. We can't imagine this injury will keep him from attempting something even more extreme in the near future.
