Nope that's not Peter Parker, that's just some random Floridian hanging onto a draw bridge in Miami.
Thankfully a TikTokker caught this insane person dangling from an upright drawbridge, just kind of hanging out. We don't know how they got there or why, but somehow they lasted until the bridge came back down.
