After getting run off the road and crashing the first police car in the woods, this dude decides to emerge from the treeline like the world's most gangster sasquatch and just steal another one. Unbelievable.
He claims while he did not receive verbal permission, he was given consent by mental telepathy. The suspect, Xavier Cummings is charged with armed burglary of a conveyance, escape, fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (2 counts), grand theft firearm (2 counts), grand theft motor vehicle (2 counts), and driving while license suspended (habitual).
