This woman is finally done with her job at Skechers. To hear her tell it, the job was alright — except for one major problem with the uniform.
As she shows in the video, Skechers, like many companies, uses their employee uniforms to promote new products. Recently, they released a line of slip-in shoes, which allow wearers to throw on the shoes without needing to tie the laces.
The idea for the shoe is fine. However, making your female employees wear shirts that say “Just Slip In”? Yeah, that idea probably needed to stay in the boardroom.
