FAA Investigates Incident of Two Planes Nearly Colliding Mid-Air
That could have been bad. The Federal Aviation Administration has announced that they are investigating an incident in which two planes very nearly slammed into each other in mid-air. Basically, one plane was cleared to land while another was cleared to take off, putting them in line to *almost* hit each other. Thankfully, a crash was avoided—but I’m going to guess that both planes needed to be cleaned after every passenger who figured out what was happening shit themselves.
