Dude Trying to Find Podcast on His Phone Drives Truck Off Road and Into Family

Your podcast can wait until you’re not driving.

According to the Daily Mail, a 44-year-old man named Raymond Catterall was driving along in his truck when he thought, “What the hell, why don’t I find a podcast to listen to?”

And so, he put his head down and began to search — and launched his truck straight into a Kia Rio that had parked on the side of the road.

While he managed to avoid any further accident *and the family that was hanging out near the car* by steering the car off the road, he was still sentenced to eight months in prison.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: Some people just can’t handle having a cell phone.
