Dude Filming Explosion Almost Gets Wrecked By It

Mad respect for hanging in there long enough to film the thing!

When most people encounter an explosion, they run away. This is the human — and correct — thing to do.

However, some people have the balls to actually hang around and film the thing. I have no idea why, but thank God they do, because it’s given us some pretty incredible footage. From people blowing up their backyards, to dudes launching anvils into the sky, there’s been a lot of good content stemming from our innate human desire to watch things go “boom.”

Here, a man films an explosion — and almost loses his life because of it.
