That’s why most experts suggest that those who are interested in getting fit *don’t* jump straight into the misery of gym life. Instead, they recommend incorporating exercise into your everyday life. For example, you could walk or bike to work. Or, as this guy is doing, you could add a few push-ups to your commute.
