Drugged Out Delusional Drooling Man Crashes Truck Then Flees the Scene

A Georgia Department Of Transportation HERO unit arrived and was trying to remove the keys from the ignition of the truck, when the driver awoke, and sped off. He crashed a few yards down the road and then fled the scene on foot. Atlanta police have still not located the driver.
