Driver Arrested After Crashing into Palm Tree, Fire Hydrant

A man who was suspected to be intoxicated crashed into a palm tree, then into a fire hydrant. He wouldn't stop pressing the gas when bystanders were knocking on the window. The first cop on the scene had his handgun out. Towards the end, another cop had a rifle, while another cop broke the window and the suspect then gets arrested.
