The days of the stuntman are behind us. Back in the day, people from around the county would gather to see their local weirdo try his best to jump over a line of buses; now, the best we can hope for is someone being a dumbass and posting about it on TikTok.

Occasionally, however, some people emerge from the darkness to try to rekindle the idea of the humble stuntman. There was that one “human cannonball” who recently bounced out of his net, and now, there’s this man: a dude who decided to send it off a homemade jump and really, really miscalculated where he was going to land.
