In this CCTV footage from 10/30/16, a man is seen walking away from a car that is about to explode, casually walk to a truck and slowly drive away. After the car bomb explodes, a bunch of men run and lay on the ground around the shrapnel and pretend to be hurt/killed, while another man helps load the "casualties" into a van.
