‘Bob the Cap Catcher’ Gives Dudes With Dad-Bods Their Olympic Representation
Braden Bjella Published 07/29/2024
When watching the Olympics, it can be easy to forget what a normal, non-athletic person looks like — until you look down at your own potato chip-covered stomach. That’s why it was such a refreshing (if a bit too revealing) breath of fresh air when this dude showed up at the Paris games.
Dubbed “Bob the Cap Catcher,” this man’s sole job appears to be to dive to the bottom of the pool to retrieve lost swim caps. Is it necessary that he wears a tiny swimsuit to do it? Not at all. Then again, it’s France — what do you expect?
Who do you call when a swim cap falls in the pool?
