Cyclist Clipped by Car Door, Altercation Ensues

The happened on the Island of Guernsey. The cyclist was nearly hit by a car that proceeded to stop. When the cyclist tried to go around, the car door was opened, hitting him. The daughter of the driver proceeded to freak out at the possibility of an altercation.
