Cop Won’t Get Off the Hood of Driver’s Car, and He’s Not Sure Why

We’re just as confused as this driver is. Somehow, a police officer has ended up on the hood of this car owner’s vehicle. How? The driver doesn’t know. Why is he not getting off? The driver doesn’t know, either. This leads to a bizarre adventure through the city, where the driver must try to carry on his day as normal with a whole-ass man taking up his entire windshield.
