The police have to use every single method at their disposal to get suspects to comply with their orders. While we all know that the boys in blue go for the “shoot them” option a little too frequently, there are numerous other methods that a cop can use to try to get someone to cooperate. For example, they could talk to them. If that doesn’t work, they could tase them.

Or, if none of the above works, they could do what this officer did and tickle the non-compliant person.
