Carnival games are a great way to both win stuffed animals and get tetanus. The average carnival ride 1) hasn’t been cleaned in years; and 2) has been run solely by people who haven’t been sober since their 15th birthday.

Given this, it’s understandable that the rules are a bit of an afterthought. Are you supposed to be 60 inches tall to ride? Sure, but this 35-inch child is so nice that I’m going to let him on the Tilt-a-Whirl, consequences be damned!

In this case, the young girl probably shouldn’t have been throwing a dart. However, she did — and she did so right into the attendant’s forehead.
