“Cart Narcs” Founder Accused of Publicly Shaming Customers For Not Returning Shopping Carts

Most of us have experienced pulling into an empty parking spot, only to find an abandoned shopping cart there instead. Or perhaps, you've come out of a store and there is a cart or two parked right up against or behind your vehicle, not only inconveniencing you but also making it look like you're the jerk here. It can definitely be frustrating and most of us have probably thought "I wish there was someone out here catching these people".
Enter The Cart Narc. The YouTuber who goes by “Agent Sebastian,” runs a page called “Cart Narcs” where he posts hundreds of videos of him approaching shoppers in parking lots who do not return their carts to the corrals. The reactions vary greatly from slight annoyance to full-blown rage, with one person even pulling a gun out on “Agent Sebastian”.
"Agent Sebastian" makes an appearance on the daytime TV show "Dr. Phil" where he talks with a former "victim" of his. Dr. Phil even goes so far as to suggest Sebastian is impersonating a police officer which is kind of hilarious coming from a guy who impersonates a doctor on television.
