Brave Dad Saves Dog From Bear That Was Chasing It

Many of us have a family pet that we love dearly. These pets become a part of the family and most of us would do just about anything to protect and take care of them. Even though our furry friends are not our flesh and blood, neither are they our actual children, the love we feel for them sometimes causes us to act like they are indeed a child of ours.
In this video captured by a ring security camera, we see a woman on the porch frantically calling for her dog a second or two before said dog enters the frame, followed by a bear. The bear chases a golden retriever through its backyard before Dad emerges from inside the house and shows the bear who's boss, scaring it away and saving the day. While we don't encourage anyone to put themselves in the midst of danger, it is a reaction we can't help but relate to.
