Baby in Car Seat Thrown out of a Moving Car in WTF Video

Dash camera footage from a man in Mankato, Minnesota captured a child falling out of a moving car. I originally thought that the door wasn't closed properly and the baby fell out when the car made that turn, but after watching a few more times it definitely seems like someone opened the door and pushed the baby out. The car just takes off and you can see the door gets closed.
