Wing walker Jane Wicker and the airplane's pilot were killed in a stunt gone wrong at the 2013 Dayton Air Show in Dayton Ohio. The plane was performing a trick upside when it slammed into the ground. No one on the ground was injured. (Warning: Some viewers may find this footage disturbing.)
