A Software Company Made Every Airport Break and Now People Are Stuck and Losing It
Well, looks like CrowdStrike shit the bed, and now everything is broken. According to NBC News, the company pushed out a content update for Windows hosts that didn’t exactly work. As a result, pretty much every Windows computer that uses the software is broken: news stations have had trouble staying on air, hospitals aren’t working, the billboards in Times Square are out, and as many on the internet are now complaining about, many airports around the world are either massively delayed or shut down entirely. Sorry if you were looking to travel this weekend — but if you had a trip you were trying to get out of, it’s your lucky day!
