A Bunch of People in India Had a Poop Fight

India is a country with amazing food, historic buildings and natural beauty that’s sure to take your breath away. It’s also, unfortunately, the home of this poop fight.

Recently, the country celebrated Diwali — a massive celebration that spans across the country. While every region celebrates things a little differently, the small village of Gumatapura in Karnataka takes things to the extreme. And by “extreme,” I mean they use the end of the celebration as an excuse to throw cow shit at each other.

Some people believe that immersing oneself in cow dung has a healing effect; others seem to just be there to enjoy the experience of throwing turds at their fellow man.

No matter why it’s happening, I think it’s safe to say that you can count me out.
