Why Comcast Is The Worst Company
Infantgenius Published 08/25/2014
When it comes to horrible companies, Comcast regularly takes the cake (and then charges you for the missing cake).
1. In 2014, Comcast was voted The Consumerist's "Worst Company in America"--beating out even Monsanto, a company that literally poisons our food. The Consumerist has been holding the contest annually since 2010, and Comcast has been winner of the dishonor 50% of the years that the award has existed.

2. In 2004 and 2007 The American Customer Satisfaction Index found that Comcast had the worst customer satisfaction rating of any company or government agency in America (including the IRS).
3. There are a number ways in which customers feel the stranglehold of Comcast's monopolizing grip and the heat of Comcast's evil breath.

4. For example: After Hurricane Ike hit Texas, Comcast sent bills and collection notices charging customers for the equipment destroyed in the storm.
5. Comcast will sell you things they know you don't need--just as long as you don't know you don't need it.
6. Comcast has firmly embedded itself into the government in order to protect its own interests.
7. Comcast will raise prices when a different price was already agreed upon, and they will try to sneak it by customers in hopes that they won't notice or complain.
