She's a mannequin in the window of a bridal shop in Mexico. But she's just not your ordinary mannequin, and some find the details a little too realistic.

She has been in the window of La Popular for 85 years. La Popular is one of the oldest stores and most well known bridal shop in Chihuahua, Mexico.

The head is believed to have been sculpted over the original head of the corpse, as the facial features of a corpse tend to sag and have slight deformation. And the eyes replaced with glass eyes, as they can't be conserved.

No one has ever seen her without clothes on. The owner is very secretive about changing her dress. Not even his employees are allowed to change her.

If you look closely, her skin is completely detailed, down to the lines and scales, and with very realistic nails. Why would anyone go through this much trouble for a mannequin?

It is believed to be the corpse of this woman from the 1920s, the original owner's daughter who died from a black widow bite.
