The massive protests going on all around the country (and the world!) may have been sparked by the death of George Floyd at the hands of MPD Officer Derek Chauvin, but they're about much larger systemic flaws in our society that have gone unchecked far too long. The American legal system has so many loopholes that prevent justice from being served in the way most of us would think it works, and this thread does a great job of educating people on it.
