'Someone Changed My Schedule Without My Knowledge': Employee Accused of a No-call, No-show On Their Day Off

A schedule is supposed to be something set in stone, that employees and management can put into place in lock-step. But for some reason, plenty of managers like to treat it as more of a suggestion.

That's what happened to one employee on the r/MildlyInfuriating subreddit, who shared their experience to the tune of 44.5 thousand upvotes.

"I love how managers blame the person they've just messed over for the manager literally not doing their own job," foodarling commented.

Fortunately, this worker managed to get some revenge through sweet malicious compliance.
