Being a landlord can be pretty demanding, but if your tenants are generally cool and you're mostly on top of it, it's not so bad. Sadly, some folks think simply owning and renting out a property is where their responsibilities as a landlord end. When that happens, it's time to get the law involved. In this particular case, the landlord was so negligent of his duties, that it actually ended in condemnation of his property!
