If you have ever lived in an apartment complex, you have no doubt experienced the headache of trying to find parking. A lot of places offer reserved parking spots. These are sometimes free and assigned by building but more often than not are paid spaces. Even if you pay for a reserved spot, that doesn't always stop people from taking your spot, as this older lady found out.
