The world is different pretty much anywhere you go. From your hometown to the furthest reaches of the planet, to the frozen tundras of the Arctic or the scorching heat of the desert, life is different all over this pale blue dot of ours. A few of the more obvious things are the flora and fauna of an area, the people and their customs, the architecture, and landscapes, just to name a few. When you travel to a new place for the first time, it can be an amazing and educational experience, it may also be a bit of a culture shock as some of these people found out.
