Michael Scott, as played to perfection by Steve Carell in the American version of 'The Office,' is easily one of TV's most memorable characters. He's the kind of guy who has you absolutely cringing all the time, but also someone you can't quite bring yourself to root against. He also always had his employees' backs - he may have been kind of an idiot, but he was their idiot, damnit!
