Man Shocked to Learn South African McDonald's Employees Have Better Benefits than in the US

If you have ever worked a job, you have probably considered a potential employer's benefits package when looking for a new gig. From paid time off, retirement plans, and of course healthcare, there are many important factors to keep in mind when applying for a job.

A former McDonald's employee was traveling with his girlfriend and stopped by a McDonald's in South Africa.  While chatting with the employees there they were surprised to learn about the much better benefits these employees had. It seems once again the US lags far behind the rest of the developed (and even underdeveloped) world in many areas.
