Delivery mixups can easily happen if you don't update/check the address every time you order something, and that's how this lady accidentally sent a vibrator she ordered to her grandma not once, but TWICE!
While granny thankfully had no idea what she received, she passed it along to the woman's father... who definitely DID know what it was. Awkward.
