That. Is. Embarrassing. An older couple tried their hardest to pull a fast one on a restaurant by deliberately acting rude to the server, constantly creating moments that might break his professionalism just so they can then complain to the manager and get some comped food and drinks while also ruining their server's day and maybe even getting the poor guy fired. It's clearly a stunt they've pulled before given how effortlessly they operate it. The only thing they weren't counting on was having their bluff called by the exact person they pretended to know - the owner of the restaurant himself.
