Hey, Karen here's a quick life tip: not all strangers work for the establishment you're in, and they certainly don't work for YOU. I mean the sense of entitlement to just assume that literally anyone you're speaking to MUST be there to serve at your pleasure is batty enough, but then to act so condescendingly rude on top? I'm surprised this guy stayed so calm.
