Before social media we didn't really get any sort of a look inside the lives of real life Narcos outside of the random news headline, Dateline NBC episode, or sepia-toned biopic that inexplicably either stars Benicio del Toro or Danny Trejo.

This instagram account, @narcoofficial gives us a real sense of just how surreal their lives really are.

This is 38 year old Ana Marie Hernandez, a.k.a. "La Muñeca," or the doll. She is a beautiful, high-level drug trafficker who has been on the run for the past 2 years. She was recently arrested in Chihuahua by Mexican authorities.
