It's the old job hunt catch 22: The position needs multiple years of experience to obtain, but how can you get them without somebody offering you the position?
Well one job hunter on the r/antiwork subreddit had the exact reverse issue: A position requiring the skills of a highly experienced worker, at a company only looking to hire for cheap. Instead of just declining, he decided to give them a piece of his mind. Oh, and the job is in California. Yeah, I think they'll be needing to bump up the salaries. Thanks for wasting everybody's time.
