HOA Karen thought she could push this guy around because he didn't necessarily look that tough. What she failed to realize is that not only is he army, his literal job is reading up on and following rules and technicalities to the letter.
She tried her best to make his life miserable by hitting him with every HOA infraction she could think of... until she finally pushed him far enough.
