25 Donald Trump Moments We'll Never Forget
1.
The last four years have been one for the memory banks. President Trump has undoubtedly been our main character, and as he makes his way out of the White House, we'd like to look back at some of our favorite Trump moments. No matter how you feel about Trump, we can all agree he gave us memories we won't soon forget. This picture, from just a regular day in the land of Trump, will be how I remember this insurrectionist. The big meatball-in-chief. So let's wander down memory lane and look back on some of the more innocent moments of Trump's presidency.
2.
Trump, from the moment he announced his candidacy, was a meme making machine. So it was no surprise that the moment he took office and began signing executive orders, the first meme of the Trump Presidency was born.
3.
Trump will be remembered for many things, but at the top of the list will be how he used his Twitter account to communicate with his supporters. Sometimes it worked well and other times not so much.
4.
Trump being the showman that he is, knew the importance of a good prop. There are many instances of this, but none better than the time he stood next to a table of blank manila folders.
5.
Trump was anything but a 'normal' president. His total disregard for political norms is in part why he was elected president and also the source for much of his lasting moments. He just did whatever he wanted, no matter how it made him look.
6.
Here, we see the president coloring with children. It's easy to nit-pick and point-out he colored in his flag wrong, but this was an exercise in creativity and surely you agree he's allowed to riff a little.
7.
The magic of Trump is that no matter what he did, he did it like Trump. He could pick up a baseball bat, sit in a truck, or hold a giant letter from North Korean Dictator Kim Jong Un, and it somehow spoke to us all. Whether we hated it or loved it, the energy behind everything he did was truly YUGE.
10.
The rumor is Trump wears lifts in his shoes, which would explain why he stands like he's always walking downhill.
14.
The infamous debunking of Santa call, where Trump said to a young boy, "at 8 it's marginal right", regarding his belief in Santa Claus.
15.
Trump having his Kobe moment, throwing paper towels into a crowd of people after a devastating hurricane hit Puerto Rico.
16.
Sharpie-gate. The time Trump made an edit of his own, expanding the hurricane Dorian forecast zone and causing needless panic among gulf residents.
17.
Feeding McDonald's to the Clemson Tigers because of a government shutdown which resulted in an empty White House kitchen.
21.
The power shake! A move Trump would later put on the shelf after being the recipient of it himself from fellow foreign heads of state. "Sir but if you're unaware, I am the President."
