When dealing with a toxic work environment and a bad boss, usually your only two options are quitting, or cutting back to the point of termination. But there is a third, more nuclear option; air out your dirty laundry for the world to see.
That's the path that these employees decided to take, putting their bad bosses on blast, either to the public, or upper management. Sometimes your pain is bad enough that it needs to be shared with others, and hopefully, those others can help you enact revenge.
