Employee Fired after Using Fake Accent On Phone Call With Client

A woman was working when their coworker called, she thought it would be funny to answer the phone with an accent, however, a person from HR overheard her and said it was unprofessional to joke around like that. She was called into the manager's office later that day and was fired.
