Employee Denied Time Off For Surgery Because Another Employee Would Be On Vacation

This employee asked for two sick days off for surgery, but because another employee from a different department was going on vacation their sick leave was denied. Like any normal person, they quit. 

They decided to go to r/antiwork to get some advice and vent about their horrible boss. People gave good advice and told them that quitting was the best choice they made.
