Ok, I'm generally fine with people's decision to choose their identity, but this one might be a bridge too far for me. This guy's GF had always been into cat stuff, but she dropped the bombshell that she's an "Otherkin," aka someone who believes they're some non-human entity trapped in a human body - and she's actually a cat. Like, to the point that she quit her job because "cats don't work." Understandably, this revelation left him and most of the internet seriously confused.
