Whenever you're a new manager, it's typically best practice to step back for a bit and watch your more seasoned employees do what they do best before making changes. Otherwise, you might find yourself tweaking things that are done for a reason. Unless of course you're a new corporate Karen, in which case you can throw your power around to satisfy an ego trip.

That's what happened at one delivery company, when a corporate Karen decided that every electric bike needed to be perfectly organized. To get back at his new boss, an employee decided to do exactly what she asked; and racked up 6 overtime hours in the process.
