Most wrong numbers tend to just go as far as saying, "Hey, I think you got the wrong number," at which point the conversation usually ends.
I once had a wrong number text from some girl at ASU who absolutely insisted she'd been in my dorm last night (I was in NY), and it took a LOT of work to finally get her to understand that "Brad" slipped her the wrong number! Awkward!
