David Andahl, Who Died of Covid in October, Wins Seat in North Dakota

David Andahl, who died October 5th of coronavirus, has won the 8th district of North Dakota, in what is one of the stranger stories from yesterday's election. North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem, said Andahl's death late in the election cycle did not disqualify him from the ballot as "mail-in voting had already begun" and stated that if he wins it would cause a vacancy that could be filled by other appointees.
