15 Dangerous Things We Did Growing Up That Kids Today Would Never Understand
This is going to sound like 'angry man yelling at cloud' but we had no cellphones, no iPads, no social media. If you wanted to be social, you had to literally go outside and BE social.
From being outside all day and getting your nicest pair of jeans dirty and grass-stained to shooting cans with BB guns in the woods, being a kid back then was just different. There was no TikTok or Instagram that you had to check every hour. It was freeing.
That being said, things were dangerous as a kid in the 80s/90s. Literally watch any true crime documentary, and you'll realize that we all should've been kidnapped, murdered, or left for dead somewhere. We were idiot kids without a care in the world, and we loved it.
