Even if the customer is always right (which is a point of contention in and of itself to me), customers should watch what they ask for. You know the old saying about being careful what you wish for because you just might get it? Yeah, that's what happened to this absolute Kevin of a man when he insisted on an exact weight for his 'pound' of wings.
Pro Tip: for anything kinda dense like a wing or a steak, you can pretty much bet that an actual pound of it is WAY less than you thought it'd be.
