After going on a long vacation and completely ignoring the notifications about roaming charges mounting up, this idiotic Karen was shocked to find that her constant Facebooking from foreign shores had racked up a bill of nearly $16,000!! While customer service did their best to help and even found obscure policies that would cancel $14,000 worth of charges, but was it good enough for Karen? Of course not.
